Oktoberfest 2012 at the Café de Paris

From 14 to 23 October 2012, in the Café de Paris marquee, Monte-Carlo will be sporting white and blue for the 7th edition of Oktoberfest!

After six editions crowned with success, Oktoberfest in Monaco is back at the Place du Casino with the famous premium beers of the Bavarian state brewery Weihenstephan, the oldest brewery in the world!

Guests will be able to enjoy many culinary treats in the festively decorated marquee on the terrace of the Café de Paris. As in previous years, numerous German specialities will be directly imported from Bavaria and Jean-Claude Brugel, the Chef of the Café de Paris, can count on the active support of TA Distribution to ensure that the all-time favourite dishes continue to feature on the menu.  Once again, this is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate that Bavarian cuisine need not always be robust, but can also be refined and innovative.

The opening night will be held in the marquee at the Café de Paris on 14 October at 19h30 and will be just like Oktoberfest in Munich. Indeed, this German-Monegasque festival will be inaugurated by the traditional tapping of the first beer barrel with the traditional cry of “O’Zapft is“!

The group “Echt Guat” led by Michael Stumberger and accompanied by the Bavarian singer Bettina Stadler will be there again this year to set the mood. Guests can once again enjoy the dance floor and the fresh, cheerful and festive repertoire proposed by the musicians.

Join us for the 7th Monaco Oktoberfest from 14 au 23 October 2012 and enjoy the different beers produced by Weihenstephan, as well as the natural health drink Xan Wellness, enriched with the natural ingredient xanthohumol derived from hops.
