Wine and Business Club

 
 

The Wine & Business Club of Monaco has 250 members. Similarly to the evenings organised by the Paris chapter held in centres of gastronomy and luxury, events organised by the Monte-Carlo Wine & Business Club, also open to non members of the club, take place every two months at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.

 

Founded and run by Alain Marty, a business founder passionate about economics and an ardent defender of winemakers, the Wine & Business Club provides many cities with the chance for Epicureans to meet, whether they are business-owners, politicians or media gurus.
The Wine & Business Club of Monte-Carlo is a friendly, open and eclectic circle which meets six times a year for evening events dedicated to economics, food and wine.

 

With its prestigious banquet rooms and unique wine cellar, the Hôtel de Paris offers an ideal setting for the club’s gastronomic dinners, carefully prepared by Franck Cerutti (executive chef at the Hôtel de Paris and Louis XV-Alain Ducasse) who beautifully matches food and wine for guests of honour such as the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Jan Peter Balkenende, Carole Bouquet, Michel Rolland, Yves Barsalou, Alain Ducasse, Jacques Gantié, Brigitte Lahaie, and many more.
 

 

The Executive Board of the Wine & Business Club Monte-Carlo is made up of the Chairman, Guy Thomas Levy-Soussan; Vice Presidents Tina Zegg, Bernard d’Alessandri and Jean-Paul Boisbouvier; Casmira Verkade, Head of Communications; and Luca Allegri, Managing Director of the Monte-Carlo SBM Hotels, Spas and Resort.

19.30: Cocktails - Duval-Leroy Champagne
 

20.00: Debate in the presence of Pierre Frolla, Monegasque free diver who holds several free diving world records.

 

20.30: Dinner and Wine Tasting prepared by Franck Cerutti, Executive Chef at Louis XV and the kitchen team at the Hôtel de Paris.

On the wine tasting menu: an extraordinary selection of wines from Clos Saint Jean, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the presence of Vincent Maurel, owner of the estate.
